Each of these project planning templates provides you with document formatting, guidance on writing each section, standard content where it can be standardized along with sample text. Our project planning templates are created by PMI PMP certified project managers and are based on the PMBOK Guide - Fourth Edition.

Communications Management Plan Template
The Communications Management Plan defines the communication requirements for the project and how the information is to be distributed. Effective communications is critical to the success of a project, for this reason the Communications Management Plan should be one of your key project subsidiary management plans.

Cost Management Plan Template
The Cost Management Plan details how the project costs will be measured and repored upon. It defines the control thresholds and corrective actions to be taken if the thresholds are exceeded.

Procurement Management Plan Template
The Procurement Management Plan identifies the processes for evaluation, selection and management of procurements required for a project.

Scope Management Plan Template
The Scope Management Plan ensures that the project includes the work and only the work necessary to successfully complete the project.

Project Management Plan Template (MS Word)
The Project Management Plan states how the project is executed, monitored and contolled and closed. The documents created during the initiation process feed into the development of the project management plan.
