Closing Process Group

The Project Closing Process group consists of the processes to formally closeout the project. Once the closing process is completed the project manager has received acceptance from the project sponsor, conducted a post-project review, performed and documented lessons learned and archived all project related documents. Our project initiation templates are created by PMI PMP certified project managers and are based on the PMBOK Guide - Fourth Edition.

Contract Transition Out Plan Template

Lessons Learned Template

Post Project Review Template
Don't forget to perform a post project review during project closeout. This template provides a good guidline for performing your post project review.
